Moore Electric has installed airfield lighting, communication systems,
and control systems in several airports and military bases in
California.
Most of these installations have involved high profile
projects with deadlines and significant liquidated damages for failure to
meet those deadlines and/or completion dates. Some, like John Wayne
Airport, had liquidated damages clauses as high as $10,000 for every 15
minutes the runway is delayed in opening every morning. Moore Electric is
proud of it's record of never having been
assessed such penalties.
Some of our past
projects have included:
On these and other projects Moore Electric has
installed, relocated, or modified the following items of work: Runway and
Taxiway Lighting, Touchdown Lighting, Apron Lighting, Lighting Vault
Modifications, Airfield Control Systems, Control Tower Modifications, FAA
and flight guidance apparatus such as, Ceilometers, Transmissometers, PAPI
systems, VASI systems, MALSR systems, ILS Locator, REILs, and Instrument
Guidance Systems. |
